Thanks, Samstress for organizing this and coming up with so many questions!

how are you feeling?

Good right now. I've struggled with more fatigue and vomitting this pregnancy than ever before. Also November and December was one illness after another which is unlike me. But for the moment I feel good and I hope it lasts!

describe yourself in three words.

persistent, hard working, planner

how did you meet your dh?

We met working at Pizza Hut in college. I was the shift manager and he was a delivery driver. I did the scheduling and would always schedule him on my shifts because he was hard working and nice. One day, he pretty much just told me he was in love wih me, so we started dating, moved in together quickly, and got married in about 18 months. We'll celebrate 16 years married in March.

describe your dh in three words.

amazing, giving, fun

describe each of your children in three words.

Jacob--planner, handsome, cautious

Max--cute, loving, funny

Ella--precious, independent, girly

how are they feeling about having a little sister?

Jacob want a brother. He's in the "I hate girls" stage. (Although he loves Ella.) He doesn't want anymore siblings after this one, because his turn for bedtime attention keeps taking longer to get to. He likes his daddy to walk him around to fall asleep even though he just turned 6.

Max is the most excited and LOVES all girls! He talks about the baby all the time and wants to know everything about how big she is, etc. He's also VERY concerned about me being cut open to get the baby out. (Me too!...although I don't let him know. Long story short...no feasible VBA3C options.)

Ella doesn't really know what she is in for. She insists she has a baby in her belly too when we talk about it. She loves babies though and always points them out.

any hobbies?

traveling, travel planning, decorating, photography, making photo albums and other projects from trips, working on my business, researching things related to natural health

any hobbies you'd like to try?

I'd like to learn to sew and knit

More later...back to work now.

what is your earliest childhood memory?

I remember riding in the front middle bench seat of my grandparents car. I was wearing a green dress with a built-in white slip with a bell on it. They had a small trash can weighted down by sandbags on either side of the hump that runs through the middle of the car. I was either fascinated by the garbage can or the bell on my slip apparently. I was two years old based on the dress.

what is your fondest childhood memory?

We were pretty poor growing up, although I thought we were middle class. When times were the lowest, my mother would empty out her big heavy mom-purse and come up with enough change to go buy a take-out pizza or go to a movie. It was fun to feel like we had a luxery experience at the very time we really couldn't afford it.

I have lots of memories like this and other resourceful things my mother did to make our childhood special. It was remarkable what a great mom she was considering she lived in an orphanage from the time she was 4-13 years old. She passed away in 2009 and I miss her dearly.

describe your ideal romantic getaway.

We did this! Before we decided to start having children, my husband and I flew first class to Oahu and later hopped to Maui for a total of ten days. We drove, hiked, relaxed, dined, just enjoyed our surroundings and each other! Fabulous! When I can't sleep, I just imagine one of the sunsets we experienced there, and instantly it helps me relax.

describe your ideal family vacation.

This could take hours! I'll come back to this later.

what was your very first job?

At 16, I started working as a waitress at my hometown Pizza Hut. By the time I was 18 I was making the work schedules while I sat in High School Chemistry class. I worked 60 hours a week, made straight A's, and managed to go out and party with my friends too. How did I do that? I worked at Pizza Hut through college (different one in college where I met my DH) for a total of 6 years or so. I still have dreams that I'm working there!

how many addresses have you had?

At least 11.

how many pairs of shoes do you own?

Probably 20, I'm not a big shoe person. My most expensive are probably about $100 and those are good support work shoes.

what was your most prized possession as a child?

My cat? My smurf radio only because my sister wanted it, but I got it?

what is your most prized possession now?

I guess I'm not a possesion person. I like nice surroundings, but I realize that my family is the only thing I need! I do have some nice antiques from my grandmother. I have a clock from the 1800's that still works and keeps the date. That's pretty cool.

what five items could you absolutely not get through the day without?

water bottle, eye drops, chapstick, make-up, and hairspray

what is your favorite board game?

And finally the last two questions...

describe your ideal family vacation.

I love, love, love, traveling with my family (and we do it a lot) so this took some thinking. When the kids are older, 6 and above, I'd love to take an Adventures by Disney trip to Australia. It's basically a guided tour but with the magic of Disney.

if you could have a t-shirt printed with a message, what would it be?
