oy.

My youngest (3) had a weird bug last week, where I ended up cleaning her pyuck off the floor and washing her sheets for 3 nights straight at some ungawdly hour. Because of it's weirdness, I was hoping that there would be no fallout.

Went to bed last night, and my tummy just felt wrong. And the baby was moving a ton all night long - which s/he is usually quiet at that time (or maybe I'm just sleeping and don't notice. LOL!) I've been worshipping the porcelain goddess since the sun rose this morning, and sleeping off an on. I forbade dh who can work from home whenever he feels from leaving the house today, because I just knew I'd feel like the dog's breakfast and I do. Taking care of two healthy kids, while in this state is not my idea of fun.

The odd thing is I'm 23w today.... and have coincidentally had this around the same point in 3 of 4 pregnancies.

I am getting liquids in, don't think I'm dehydrated. I think my only concern is with this being a big weekend for my OB - he'll be hard to reach, any suggestions on what to watch for as to when I might need to call? Any suggestions on something I could consider that might take away the nausea? though I am more inclined to watch myself and ride it out.

Sorry to hear that.
It hit our house on Sunday as well and DS is just getting over it.
Neither DH or I have gotten it yet and hope we are in the clear.

Hope you get over it soon.

Yikes! I hope everyone is feeling better soon. Being sick while pregnant is the absolute worst!

as long as you're staying hydrated, you are probably ok - but don't hesitate to call doc t if you have to! he will break passover for his patients (caught a vba2c this morning in fact!!)

(DDC crashing)

I just dealt with this yesterday, and had to go to the ER for fluids. I was contracting and didn't realize it. Please watch your hydration! It was a scary day!

Feeling a little more human today - thanks for the thoughts everyone.

Dh was a little under the weather yesterday too, I think he was having Couvade (sympathy sickness! - which is so unlike him - though I had it when the youngest was down with it, so maybe its a psychological thing, that feeling of impending doom!) But I sent him to the store for different drinks that I could handle .... and just kept plugging away.

Thorn, I like hearing stories of Dr. T catching VBA2C's... need to read more over there!
