I am so excited!!!! I just received tons of Fluffy Mail...And I mean TONS!!!!! I am opening a cloth diaper store in my community and have been stocking up on diapers and things. Today 5 huge boxes arrived!! It was so fun going through all the different diapers and looking at the cute patterns and all the diaper wraps!!! I was DROOLING!!!!
I wanted to open everything up and use them on my DS!!!!!

I also received some samples of the new EcobabyOrganic one size diaper and a beautiful blue Absorb it all diaper. They are GORGEOUS!!!!I held them in my lap for an hour and didn't want to put them down!!!! They are so soft!!! I didn't even want to wash them. I felt like I should make a special place on the shelf where they could sit unharmed. I tried to show them to my DH....."Uh huh, nice dear." he never even took his eyes off the TV. So unfurtunate, these are the nicest looking diapers.

I finally pulled myself together and placed them gently in the washing machine. I believe I might have shed a tear as I closed the lid and listened to the water running. Ohhh.....In fact I am starting to tear up now. I hope they remain as soft after washing.
Ok...I'm ok.....really I am....

cloth diapering is great!!! You just can't have love affairs with sposies

I am in the tri-cities, Richland. And I am running it out of my home. I don't have the money to pay rent right now for a "real" store. But I have a section in my house where all my items are displayed and customers can stop by and browse.

Mamamoo, I would love to talk with you about your store

When I was in 5th grade, I had a poster that said if you lined up all the disposable diapers, they would go from the earth to the moon, wrap around the moon 7 times and then still be albe to come back to the earth.
....After that I always knew I would use cloth....

So when I started babysitting a little girl I asked her mom if I could use cloth on her DD and she agreed. So I had a ball buying different CD and trying them out. She was my little guinne pig! I fell in love with CD and when I had my son I loved to CD him....

Well, not only do I love to use cloth, but I love to talk about them... I like to show them off and tell my family and friends. I could talk for hours about cloth diapers!

Well, alot of my family and friends were curious and wanted to try out my cloth diapers. Then they wanted to buy some! Yippee!!! But some of them didn't like the idea of buying them off of the internet.

Anyways...the wheels in my head started turning and I thought.."hey, I could sell them!" so that is what I have been trying to do!

I haven't officially started yet, almost but not yet. Soon I should have all my inventory and I will be advertizing. I am excited. I love working on my business... the best part is trying out all the new products and figuring out what I want to carry..

It has been wonderful so far!

Thanks for asking

oh, I have never heard of the WAHM Well, what is that.

WAHM Well is a forum here at Mothering.com

From the sticky: "This is a place for WAHMs and anyone interested in WAHM talk to meet and discuss all things related to running a business from the home. Ask questions, share tips, guidance, knowledge, and learn from other WAHMs."

Thought it might be more appropriate for a discussion of how your business came about.

tend to stay in my pajamas for as long as possible....
I was just talking to another MDC mama about this- too funny. I figure why wear jeans and suff when I am at the house- fleece pants are just fine! And I am a BF'ding mama I need the supply ready at any given boo boo or a tummy that need to be primed! So if you were to stop by my house you would see a braless chick in sleep pants and an oversized shirt! But I do shower everyday
