My dd must have gotten a skinnier butt because her diapers will not stay on her tush!

We woke up this morning and her little bum was sticking out, if she had pooed it would of gone all over our bed! And just now as Im holding her bum just keeps slipping out. This is a very dangerous situation! I dont want newborn poo all over my leg or my house.

What is up with this? I tend to use lots of prefolds, but its really every diaper I put on her lately just slides off. Any sticky diapers out there? Or any remedies besides gluing it to her tush?

I'm still pretty new to this, but also use a lot of pf's. I haven't (yet ) had a slippage problem.

What size pf are you using? What fold? Snappi? The first thing I tried w/ her using an infant size pf is to fold the back down about an inch (towards her body) --keeping it pretty high up in back and then doing a bikini twist w/ a snappi. It sits lower in front since her cord hasn't fallen off yet, but *knock* on wood it seems to be working.

I think using the twist gives me more of the front part of the dipe to tuck in the sides and get a good, snug fit w/ the snappi.

Hope you can find a solution!
