Okay. I've lost some weight recently, but I swear my thighs hate me. I try and walk when I can and do some floor exercises (muscle building, I suppose it is), but the thighs go nowhere. I could wear pants 2 sizes smaller if it weren't for my thighs (making the waist on my pants annoyingly too big). I can say for sure that some of it is genetic, but surely there are some good exercises specifically for thighs? Anything in particular you've found to work? Any personal trainers out there? Or do you have one that has given you tips for such a thing?
