Wow, these prefolds are so nice! I got some dyed Thirsties prefolds and they are the softest prefolds I've ever had!

The colors are really nice too. I don't really NEED anymore prefolds but now I'm so tempted to go get more!

I got mine from an ebay seller but you can get them directly from www.babycottonbottoms.com (in case you were wondering). I think they are carried at other stores too, if I remember correctly.

I'm looking at getting some of these for my baby on the way but am curious how the size compares to the cpfs that I already have. Could you by any chance tell me the dimensions of the ones you have?

I can't check the dimensions right now because ds is napping. I'll try to remember later though. In the meantime, did you check on the site? I think I remember seeing measurements, but maybe not...

The infant 4x8x4 ones measure about 11 1/4" X 14". So, the measurements listed on the site must be the pre-shrunk measurements.

Oh thank you! You answered just what I wanted to know. I had seen the measurements on the site and was hoping those were pre-washed. If not, I was thinking those would be some big prefolds! 11 x 14 is what my cpf measure too. I think I'll definitely try some of the Thirsties. Thanks for measuring for me.

No, they aren't bulkier. Just softer.

I have some unbleached toddler size thirsties prefolds, and they are definitely the softest, most absorbant prefolds I've ever used. I love them!

i have to agree. i have never had a prefold that i love as much as thirsties.

i use them as inserts inside of my pockets and they are amazing!
