So I started taking 3ml of liquid Vitex extract this cycle to help balance out my short LP. I started taking it the first day of AF. This cycle, AF lasted 9 days! (I've never had it last more than 5) I actually didn't take the Vitex on CD10 and CD11 because I had a feeling that's what was causing the extremely long AF.

I always ovulate on CD14 or CD15. I had taken an OPK on Friday afternoon (CD11) and it was negative, but the test line was still very visible. So, I just thought that I would probably be O'ing on CD14. I took 3 OPKs on Saturday (CD12) and they were all very very negative. I had alot of EWCM on CD12. Yesterday was CD13 and I'm not sure if I still had some EWCM or if it was semen but my CM was at the least, very watery. My OPKs yesterday were again very very negative. My CM today is not fertile, it's sticky.

Do you think I might've ovulated on CD12?? I feel like this cycle is now totally shot because it has been so screwed up from the beginning. I mean, if I O'd on CD12, that was only 3 days after AF stopped. And our sex timing was not good if I did O on CD12. Well, we DTD at about 2am on CD12 and that night around midnight on CD12 so I guess it's possible but not ideal. I'm not sure if I did O or if I should plan on O'ing sometime later this week or what.

And today my temp is lower. This is so confusing! I would've almost been positive that I O'd on CD12 because of my CM and temp but now that my temp is low again, I have no idea what is going on.

Anything stressful going on? Or just really unusual? Your chart looks like something might've delayed O.

I think vitex usually takes a cycle or two to kick in for most people, but it could be causing your screwy cycle.
