first it was red and bumpy, then the red bumps sort of formed a frighteningly symmetrical circle around her whole vagina onto both thighs. then it sort of healed around the vagina and a larger red bumpy circle formed around the healing section... now it's just a mess. I've been using Burt's Bees diaper ointment (zinc oxide, rosemary, calendula,...) and Rescue ointment (the green stuff).
I want that pretty little giney back!!
what do i do?

It could be a yeast rash or impetigo. I don't know what natural cures to try on those for kids though.

My DD had a similar diaper rash earlier this year. The pediatrician recommended using Lotrimin Ultra, it is over the counter. It cleared the rash up within several days.
