Our US today was perfect. Perfect. We were looking for "unchanged", and expected that the ventricles would be about the same as two weeks ago - as long as they weren't bigger we were under orders not to worry. Well, there was a big change - the measurements went from 8-9mm on one side and 9-10mm on the other to 5 and 7. Well well well within the normal range. The doctor said "there is nothing wrong with this brain." And after he checked everything else, he stated that it was a perfectly normal study, almost as if he were a little irritated that we had been called back (we so did not care.) So no kidney problems either.
Happy happy happy. One less thing to worry about for now. DH and I had really gotten to a point where we weren't really concerned, so we were surprised at the amazing sense of relief we both had.
