I'm jealous. Mine is plain boring old white. To make things really fun I'm wearing a maxi pad to catch discharge!

I am just too sexy for this pregnancy!

Can someone explain maternity underwear to me? I have the most gigantic belly on earth, but I still fit into my undies. :

That rules.

My maternity underwear are tighty whities that are not longer white, they have all turned a greyish color. I have no idea why.

My explanation of maternity underwear: Even the slight buldge just over my pubic bone where undies go forces them up my butt. That and all my regular underwear are lacey, stringy and/or thongy hence: maternity underwear. I love them.

None of y'alls' undies are as hot as MINE. Baggy, stretched out, cotton boy shorts. I am just so sexy I can barely stand it. Add to it the fact that I'm overflowing all my bras (I'm too cheap to buy the correct size for now).....man. I'm HOT.

I haven't been able to fit into any of my regular underwear for months, and I don't even wear thongs or anything like that, just low-cut briefs and not-so-low cut briefs. It's getting to the point where even the maternity underwear is definitely too tight. I have two pairs that make the Wombat kick, because they squeeze its legs. How the heck are you still wearing your regular underwear, starry_mama? Oh yes, and I've had the Eternal Wedgie of Doom since this summer.

I'm just glad I gave up wearing bras a couple of years ago, because I'm pretty sure I've gone from an A cup to a D? E? since June, and I'd be going nuts trying to find bras that fit.

The elastic is just a little more mellow. I have both normal "larger" undies and maternity.

I wear my regular underwear but I wear them under my belly. It works fine and I didn't have to spend a fortune on maternity ones. They definitely aren't very sexy though.

: It's been nice not to have to worry about buying new bras and ignoring all the "which nursing bra should I buy and when?" threads.

As far as undies, I bought some maternity undies on eBay : when I got the rest of my maternity clothes in March. They were a little bigger than what I was used to (briefs instead of bikinis), but worked well. Then a few months ago I decided I needed more, and bought some maternity undies from Old Navy. They are much more my style, and in black, nude, and white instead of just nude and white. Black panties are very important to me

Yep! Or brown stripes, or, you know, just not white and nude.

(I am kind of wondering how leaking breasts are going to go with no bra, but I figure camisoles are absorbent too.)

I can wear my regular underwear, if it fits under the belly. However some of my underwear is just too tight. I have the old lady go up to my belly button cotton kind. They are the most comfortable. I bought some shorts kind from motherhood-but you can't wear them with a pad, and they ride up my butt.

I can't imagine going without a bra. With my DD boobs, I'm scared that I would poke myself in the eye!

: I was actually really worried about having to convert to maternity panties, because the only thing I ever wear is thongs or boy shorts. Now my boy shorts I did outgrow long ago, but the thongs, because they sit so low anyway, still fit! I've been a very happy camper.

I am so not looking forward to the mesh panties and having to wear something big enough to hold a pad. Cuz those thong panty liners are a joke!

My belly is low enough I'm fine, but if the undies are too low in front they ride my scar and it hurts.

I have never bought maternity undies, I'm too cheap, and I have enough pairs that don't ride my scar. :p

haha, that's me as long as I'm at home! That's what lead to my "ew ew ew" run the bathroom last night with the mystery vagina boogers going down my leg.

Ah ha! That explains it! I wear underwear a lot like that, but I have always had hips, and they've been getting bigger. Mystery solved. Probably.

I wear my usual bikini undies and my bra was outgrown a LONG time ago but its the only decent one I have it so I'm constantly tucking my boobs back in my bra

Oddly,my maternity undies from Motherhood don't fit my big hips/butt LOL they disappear into my crack when I move
