I was referred here by a friend at another forum; she said this is the best group of people on the web. I'm happy to be here!

I live on Vancouver Island in B.C. Canada but I'm originally from Texas. I'm a sahm but our daughter just turned 11 and I am going to start working part-time in the Fall. It's time!

I chose my username since my husband, our daughter, myself, and our two cats all have green eyes, and also it's the title of a Nick Cave song.
