...I can SPRAY MILK across the room. I am serious!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For those of you who don't know, I'm a bfar mama, so this is ridiculously exhilarating for me. I can't normally do more than drip drip drip until a few days after Baby arrives, and even then there are only a few "openings" to choose from.<br><br>
I'm always fiddlin' and squeezing, and the shower is my favorite place to check things out. Um..............just a few minutes ago I was able to express, yes, EXPRESS, about 60 seconds of spraying milk from both sides. OH MY GOD!!!!!

I told Tom and he was amazed. He even remembered that that NEVER happened with Tim, even when I was trying to bf. I am so jazzed I might have to order a Lactaid this weekend. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/winky.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Wink"> I'm not successful finding donor milk, the only woman I would trust taking donated milk from is my friend who plan to wean her son after his first birthday and then let me have her pump, so she won't be producing anything I can use. I expect to need *some* formula, but I wonder now how much....

i am just SO thrilled for you! how awesome!!!<br><br>
you know i have a friend who lives in Germany, she is a BFAR mama and she NEVER had to suppliment. she jsut watched for wet/poopy diapers and used lots of herbal and Rx glactogues and she had just the right ammount of supply.<br>
you should see her dd, what a CHUNK!

I am so seriously hoping I don't need to use formula this time around, even though I'm being realistic. The possible recall has me really flipped out, since the chances are good that I WILL have to supplement for a long time.
