tiny white specks (TMI)

Past 2 days been getting tiny white specks - consistency of wet paper or fresh butter though not sticky, in my CM. TOday it was there along with stretchy CM.

Also I am a vegan and I dont really know what egg whites are like, but going from online descriptions, they arent WHITE right? clear, viscous, stretchy is what we are after right - so I think what I got today fit that though it was only a tiny bit (Not voluminous - maybe tomorrow?)

should I worry about hte tiny white specks? I have no other "symptoms" - no pain, itch etc that might indicate something wrong. If I weren't checking in there for CM I'd be oblivious.

any ideas???

question 2: we DTD 48 hours ago, but the stretchy CM appeared only today. Does this mean the sperm wouldn't have made it? not to be greedy, but kind of want a girl - still was ready to BD this am but dh had to rush to work :-( ... that leaves us with tonight (unlikely) or not for 2 days which might mean that we missed this month . anyway .....

hmm ... wondering should I try garlic, vit C, probiotics etc first? anyone cure it sucessfully with these> or does it require urgent medication?

You can attempt garlic and all that - but mostly you do the garlic and yogurt vaginally - and with you trying to get pregnant Im not sure what kind of environment that would make for the spermies. I would go the western medical route while you are in your fertile time - and then try the other stuff when you know you are past that fertile time.
But yes - IMO it does work well to use the garlic, it just takes a little longer. I suggest doing it at night too because you will still get garlic breath!

Try taking acidopholus. And I've had very good luck with Tea Tree Oil Suppositories I've ordered online, but like pp said, not sure how that will affect ttc.

Well, it depends on your reasong for being vegan.....but if you're using it as medicine and not eatting it!!! Sticking some good quality live culture plain yogurt up there should help a lot.

just a quick update, I did nothing except take extra Vitamin C for a few days.

havent paid attention to it since and no problems either.

EWCM can vary from person to person, I always have some white in the middle of the clear stretchy. (sorry for the tmi)
