I have such a hard time remember nutrition info. Like exactly how much of each nutrient you need and how much is in each food. Any tips for memorizing the stuff? I thought of making a bunch of sample diets and analyzing everything but I'm not sure if that will do it for me. I want to be able to look at a mom's diet and off the top of my head say "you are lacking x, y and z nutrients and here are 10 foods that contain each of them"

Look at Dr Tom Brewers website he has done all the nutrition work and checklist for you. And he has the best diet and nutrition for pregnant women.
