My DS goes maybe 2x a week, my DH goes every couple of days, and I can go 2 times a day. Does it vary by person? What does it mean to have frequent bm's?

I go anywhere from 2x a day to 2x a week. DH goes every other day and DD iI have no idea on.

It varies. I read in the kaiser home care handbook ages ago that anywhere from 3 times a day to 3 times a week is normal... not that I would take that source literally but it makes the point that you don't actually need to be all that regular. Personally it's every day or 2 usually

Ideally, at least once a day.

For us, it changes depending on diet.
