That is the question...

I want to make my best friend a bucket hat for her b-day (in OCTOBER-- will I be able to keep it under wraps till then? Of course not.), and I want to use handpainted 220 in her favorite color- *gag* orange. (no offense to orange lovers out there, I am just a pink girl).

I found these two cute patterns : Hats but I can't decide whether to do the felted or the non-felted version.

To make it even more complicated, I know Theresa has a bucket hat pattern too that can be sized for adults. Sigh...

Anyway, I am taking votes: felted or not?
