Toilet Sprayers

487 Views 14 Replies 9 Participants Last post by  orangemustang
Hi! A friend of mine's dd is ready to start solids and I was telling her about the diaper sprayers that people use. I was wondering if someone could send me links for their favorite diaper sprayers. Which brand is best? I know some people really liked one over the duck one but I can't remember. ???? I've also seen directions for how to make your own with parts from the hardware store....so if you have that link I would love that as well.
Thanks so much for the help!

I have the minishower from heinyking.com and it leaks
I've never seen any other's though. I've got to tell ya, though, even with the leaking the thing has been a lifesaver. It's nice not to have to stick my hands in the toilet

Where does it leak from Wendy?

The tube? the connection to the toilet?

That's gotta rot!
I'm not totally sure! I think it's the tube. I just keep finding puddles of water on the bathroom floor since we hooked it up. DH insists that he hooked it up right, so I don't know. I have found pools of water sitting in the wand, so maybe if I empty that when I'm done spraying?
Thanks do much for the links. Does anyone know how to make your own?
I got mine from Heiny King also. Stacy is very nice to work with.

BTW. I get leaks from mine if I don't turn the valve off first and then let it spray out. If I leave the valve on it will leak a little bit. The plumber chalked it up to good water pressure and said I could turn the knob but it would make the toilet fill slower.

The instructions say to spray the stuff in hte tube out when you turn it off. It releases the pressure & reduces leaks.

LOL, I guess that's what I get for letting dh do the whole thing w/o so much as reading the directions myself. Thanks
