My doctor has let me know that I am officially having too many Braxton Hicks contractions- I'm 27 weeks- have been having (noticing) them since 18 weeks- and have had several days when I have had more than 4 in one hour- for more than 3 hours.
I am drinking water like a fish- and am horizontal at least 2 hours a day plus good night-time sleep.
The water and rest are helping- but I want to find out if there is anything else I can do?? Herbal remedies? Other suggestions??
My first baby arrived 5 weeks early- my water broke. He's a healthy and happy 2.5 year old- but of course we're trying hard to keep this one cooking and cooking as long as possible!
Thanks!
