I was reading a post by WuWei in the TF forum about how much good bacteria is in kefir and yogurt and have a question. I have been really loading up on the probiotics (through water kefir and now almond milk yogurt). It has been making me very gassy and bloated, which I understand is from die-off of bad bacteria and detoxing. The only other gut healing I am doing right now is some bone broth. I stopped CLO because DD was reacting to something. I will trial it again separately probably later this week or next week. In the meantime I don't want to stop the kefir and yogurt and am willing to deal with the gas and bloating. But can this be harmful to DD at all?

I think it's a good idea to take it slow, because it could have a detox effect on you which might get some toxins into your BM. I started kombucha at only a couple ounces a day and really slowly worked my way up. I didn't start my water kefir as slowly, because I read on a thread that it doesn't have the same detox effects... and I ended up with some killer headaches for a few days. So I'm pretty sure that it does detox, although maybe not as much as kombucha.
