Hi. My 13.5 month old has chipping enamel and I am noticing gray areas. I am hoping this is due to vitamin supplements but I am pretty sure it is decay.

I was wondering if you can tell me which toothbrush you use if your LO had the same issue. I use a baby brush with rubber bristles, similar to the finger brush, and was wondering if that was strong enough to remove plaque. I read somewhere that another mom didn't want to use a firmer brush because the enamel was already weak.

Right now I am just using Xylitol and will be asking her dentist on Monday if I could apply a tiny bit of Act kids fluoride wash.

TIA

DS is having chipping enamel, what did your dentist say about it? What do they think caused it, and what can help it get better??

Did you figure out what was going on with your little ones teeth? How many teeth did it affect? Did the permanent teeth come in okay? I know this an old post but any help would be appreciated! Currently going through this with my little one :frown:
