milk, egg, finfish, shellfish, tree nuts (such as almonds, pecans, and walnuts), wheat, peanuts (a legume), and soybeans.
I go as far as do a total elimination of dairy AND soy, IMO it's faster that way. Then if things get better, she can trial soy later and see what happens. It's just so many kids who have milk issues have soy issues too that I think most kids heal faster when you eliminate the top 2 that are normall the problem at one time.
