In a nutshell:
Toxins are stored in fat.
Fat is converted into breastmilk.
We've been nursing 10 months and I'm 6 lbs less than my pre-pregnancy weight. I could still lose another 15-20 lbs to be healthier. Should I try not to lose any more weight to avoid dumping a lifetime of accumulated toxins into my son?

I wouldnt worry about it. Excercise is good for you and I dont think that this is a reason to not do it. Toxins also come out in your sweat when you excericise so its not all going to the baby. 2/3 of your toxic load goes to your first child during pregnancy anyway so the "damage" is done. If I had known this before I TTC'd I would have done a detox before hand. I mean obviously if your child is happy and healthy you have even less to worry about.
