We use Dr. Bronner's castile soap to wash our hands. We put it in one of those foam dispensers so that it's really diluted.
I used to use a spray bottle with almost all water and then a few drops of Dr. Bronner's CS and it worked great! Make sure you only use a few drops or else it could dry out your baby's skin.
(Now we use Kissaluvs Diaper Lotion Potion...mmmmmmm...that smells so good!).
