Hi ladies! I am trying to conceive this month, and have been eating pretty well (whole foods, low-carb mostly) the past year, but wondering about traditional foods to boost my fertility. I had a miscarriage in October and am now back on the bandwagon, trying to be extra careful about things.

Thanks!

I don't have specifics, but I switched to a Paleo diet in mid-October and am pregnant right now.

I have that book, it is great! thanks for the website link. I guess I know all the right things to do, I'm just extra nervous about miscarrying, that sort of thing. :(
