I just can't seem to get enough water!!!

The nausea is almost gone---almost, so I mix cranberry juice with water and that helps but my mouth feels dry all of the time. I know there was a thread earlier about this somewhere, however does anyone have any up-to-the-minute tricks for hydrating?

I might need to just fall back on using a timer--a glass every hour...

I find that when I drink I get more nauseated and I am definitely more likely to puke when I drink. I am struggling to get enough fluid in. I went to the MW office the other day and they couldn't get my blood (i'm a tough stick anyway) because my veins were so flat.

Still trying. Popsicles are okay as well...

popsicles are good.. i need to start doing more too. my body is craving something to drink and water makes me sooooo nauseous! i'm getting headaches now and i think it's from lack of water. i've been so bad, i've been drinking (gasp) soda! : it's one of the easiest things to get down. i've been through so many different things - juice, lemonade, iced tea - they all seem good for a day and then they make me sick.

i've been super thirsty lately too. is it 'cuz our blood supply is increasing a lot rite now? i haven't had too much trouble hydrating. i seem to drink more water when i have it in a bottle by me. yesterday i drank 2 liters just during the workday.

I have a water cooler that I fill up with tons of ice and water in the morning- by the end of the day I will have drank almost a gallon- it is awesome. Other than that I drink this stuff called rehydrate and it tastes like koolaid- but has vitamins in it and low sugar.

Yeah, I'm having a hard time staying hydrated as well. I've been good with orange juice. Sometimes Cranberry Grape juice. Also, I try and drink a lot of water, but it tastes so weird to me for some reason (normally I love water, can't get enough). But not now.

Oh, and popsicles are helping lots! The bit of sugar tends to help me as well, keep things settled. I try to drink even soda sometimes, but man does it hurt coming back up....

Oh, and vitamin water has helped tons too. Low sugar, but enough vitamins and whatnot to keep me going.

I just can't drink straight water right now. Still nauseated enough that I can't just eat or drink anything. So I've been gulping juice like it's going out of style (Minute Maid). I know it's high in sugar, but the alternative is being dehydrated. FWIW, I have great plans for eating and drinking healthily when this morning sickness is gone!

Had some canteloupe today and it was so yummy! Usually I just find it to be OK.

Yesterday I opened the box of Edy's Lime popsicles that have been calling out to me from the freezer for a week - why did I wait so long? Yum!
