I am trying to decide between these two strollers.I want a very lightweight stroller- the Volo is 8.5 lbs and the Triumph is 11. The Triumph comes with a raincover and a basket, whereas the volo does not. I am wondering does the extra thirtyish dollars justify the need for a basket. I dont use strollers very often, mostly for traveling. Any input would be great!

Hmm, I have a Volo, and it has a basket. I do love my Volo, but I do wish it reclined, so next kid I think we are getting the triumph. And I can't live without a basket.

I chose the Triumph because it reclines to 45 degrees, which the Volo did not (dunno about the newer models), so for me that was the deciding factor. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"> We mostly use ours for travel too - long days - and so for naps the recline has been very nice (he stopped napping in the ergo).

Just got back from a family vacation which we specifically bought the Volo for. It was great to have in the airport and we used it quite a bit on the trip. DS napped in it despite the no-recline. In fact, since he fell asleep while we were out and about, I'm not sure if i could have reclined it once he fell asleep without waking him up, and I'm sure he wouldn't have tolerated being reclined while awake, if you know what I mean! Anyway, I haven't used the triumph, but we love the volo.
