Hi, my daughter is currently 23 months old and I have been breastfeeding her since she is born and pumping out for her when I send her to childcare while I work. However, recently, I had a sudden decrease in what I pump out (about 2/3 of what I normally pump out). I am wondering what causes the sudden decrease (I just recover from fever with severe sore throat and suspect it might be due to this). Is it still possible to up my pump out supply without medication? Any advise will be great (I am still feeding on demand when I am with her, even through night time)
