The 6-12 month mark in TTC seems especially tough because it's been longer than a lot of people 
but not quite long enough to qualify for the next level of treatment/approach. 
(Note that some of us have been trying for 12+, but we're taking our time and sticking with this thread for a bit!) 
We would love to talk with others who are at similar places in

Well, yesterday I was having really bad cramps, this cycle I've been having those pretty much all the time but yesterday was bad. If I didn't use progestoren cream af would have come I think! Looks like there is no hope this cycle whatsoever, and I'll stop using cream on 12 dpo 2 more days! 
Today I've my acupuncture appointment! Other than that everything is same old! Jezzy, I know, now that Summer is almost here I see lots of pregnant women too!!! It's crazy...there isn't a day I don't see at least 3 or 4!!! <div style="margin:20px;margin-top:5px;">

Well, my RE appointment was encouraging. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngbiggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="orange big grin"> I had filled out all the paperwork beforehand and mailed it in, so she had already read over my history. We talked about my multiple m/c, what all I've tried (baby aspirin, acupuncture, chinese herbs), and what has generally brought me to her. She was very kind and seems emotionally supportive. 
She did the physical exam without that rushed feeling that some doctors have. Everything was relaxed. She did a transvaginal sonogram and checked everything out. I always think that part is so cool! It's kind of neat seeing everything on screen. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> I was surprised that my endometrial lining was fine. (I had suspected it was too thin.) She said my ovaries were fine, I had lots of eggs and my follicles looked good. She asked if I felt ovulation and I said I did. She asked which side did I think I ovulated from this cycle. I said 'left' and she pointed out where my left ovary did indeed look different from the right and I had in fact ovulated from the left one. Cool, huh? 
From there I had blood drawn and they will check my thyroid, progesterone and several other things that I can't remember right now. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngtongue.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Stick Out Tongue"> 
Overall (and without seeing the bloodwork yet) she's thinking I have a slight ovary disfunction and wants me to try a low dose of Clomid next cycle. 
I think DH is a little giddy about it all. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/love.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="love">

Can I join? 
I'm going on month 9 of ttc. My youngest is 19.5 months old. Today is cd20 for me ... 6dpo according to <a href="http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/nym2007" target="_blank">my chart</a>, which I'm not too keen on trusting because I've had similar charts where it turned out not to be o. 
I had some bloodwork done and the doc's office says all looks good - I'm trying to get through to make an appointment to actually TALK with my doc about my lab results because I feel I may be having low thyroid issues and want to know exactly what my levels are. 
I'm really hoping I o'd this cycle - my cycles have been anywhere from 27 (last cycle) to 50 (a few cycles ago) days long, most annovulatory.

Hi Jezzy, thanks for the new thread. Some Grads are still listed on the TTC'ing list. Mamamerle, MartiniOlive, and Pampered_Mom all got BFP's and should be moved to the grads list. Maybe it's LaLibertad that should be on the grads list. She and Mamamerle are sharing a chart on the list for some reason. 
I'm still hanging out in no where land.

Cd1 for me <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/mecry.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="crying"> I had a 20 day cycle with a 6 day lp <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/irked.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="irked">: I have no idea what's up with me - I went from having 40-50 day cycles to having a 27 day cycle with a 3 day lp to having a 20 day cycle with a 6 day lp. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/gloomy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Gloomy">: I'd much rather just have a baby! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol">

Jezzy, I was looking at your chart and I see that 2 days after stopping progestoren cream you got AF, is that right? Or you were using cream but didn't put in your chart? 
I stopped mine today and no sign of AF and weird enough I don't have much cramp if any either!

noorjahan, I stopped when the temps started droping and knew that af was on here way, my lp was a normal one with the clomid. 17 long days! I was really expecting nice temps with the progesterone wonder why it didn't do anything for me?<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/dizzy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Dizzy">:

I've a question on progestoren. I thought once someone uses it and then stops af comes, is that not true? Sometimes it takes awhile, at least it has for me. 
I'm sitting in the TWW. As much as I want a BFP this cycle, I know that one will come when the time is right. Until then, we'll keep trying!

Sorry noorjahan, I am not sure about that. I quit the progesterone when I really knew that af was on her way. I had a normal lp with clomid 17 long days <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/dizzy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Dizzy">:
