Sorry this didn't get this month started sooner, my SHOCK over the BFP completely took over my brain today! Hoping we will have many more BFPs very soon. Who is waiting to find out? We need a cycle update!<br><br>
I scheduled a dr. appointment for Thursday am to do blood work and all the q & a. I keep thinking about how I will have to say "2nd pregnancy, 0 births."

I know what you mean, when I get pregnant again it's sad to think I'll be saying it's my 3rd pregnancy, but I only have one child.<br><br>
I'm on CD13. I'm temping for the first time, so don't really have a clue when I'll ovulate. DH and I have BD'ing every night for the last 4 nights, and plan to keep doing that until I'm relatively sure I've ovulated. Good grief am I tired! Last night when I was laying my 20 month old down, I almost fell asleep with him. But I kept thinking, nope...must BD...might miss your window! DH is never too tired and is having no problems with this schedule. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngtongue.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Stick Out Tongue">

I'm also in the "bd as much as possible" phase - pretty sure i'm ovulating - so my CM seems to say - but my cycle is a little screwy so it's a bit of a guess. No complaints from dh! He loves being greeted with, "welcome home, we've got work to do!" Hoping May is a good month. Hoping, hoping, hoping.

I introduced myself at the beginning of the April thread but lurked all month long without posting. Sigh. I've been in denial about my ttc status, I think. Not temping, not charting...just hoping. Well, this month I think I need to get in the game and stop feeling sorry for myself because it's not doing any good!<br><br>
I finally got AF today at 32days. It's my second one since the m/c. My first one showed up 26days after the m/c and I had hoped my cycle would return to "normal" after that - back to my usual 30days. But here I am at 32days and AF finally arrived. Let's hope I don't see it again!<br><br>
I've never taken my temps (I have two part-time co-sleepers who wake me frequently! I'm not sure I can temp properly) or charted but just listened to my libido (around "o" time I'm way more interested in the lovin'<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/winky.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Wink"> ) and paid attention to CM. I've gotten pg the three times I've tried on the first cycle - I have two beautiful boys and one angel. Something tells me it's not going to be that easy anymore. Hence my AF arrival today.<br><br>
Hoping May brings lots of bfp's for us - let's hope we celebrate Mother's Day all month long!

Finn&CalsMommy, I never temp'd either...both of my pregnancies were surprises. I'm also co-sleeping with a toddler who wakes me frequently, but I figured I try to temp this time just for the heck of it. Not sure if it's working yet or not.<br><br>
My cycle was very similar to yours...got my first AF 24 days post m/c, the second one after 34 days. Here's to hoping AF gets back to normal or better yet gets lost! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">

We're ttc again after two recent early losses- one at 8 weeks, twins at 11 in early February. Last month I got three bfps then started bleeding 13 dpo. I'd really just like my body to behave itself, you know?

Well.. I'm <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/fever.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Fever">: . I am all congested and a cough and a headache and yuck. So I took a sudafed and I think that has effected my CM. I remember I think that sudafed was okay while pregnant so I figure it is probably oaky while TTC. I know my doc said no advil while TTC, so I was worried but I have to function. I know I'm at my fertile mark and I'm starting to get ovulation cramps but my CM is dry.... uggg... we've been dtd for the past two days sick or not. So hopefully it wont' 100% screw it up. man.

It's Beltane (close enough), I'm ovulating, and got to go for a hike in the glorious spring that has finally arrived in the north country. I'm going to go attack DH now - the stars seem aligned, or something. You have to put some stock in the old rituals, right?

I've been lurking here for awhile, and am finally up to introducing myself. We had a stillborn son in late September 06. It was my first pregnancy, I was at 28 weeks when we lost him. We have been TTC since AF returned, sometime in November. It has been challenging these past 6 months, to juggle the emotional ups and downs each month of TTC, not to mention the grief of losing our 1st baby. My first pregnancy we got pregnant on the first try, I never thought it could take this long to get pregnant the 2nd time.<br><br>
I was so happy to read of Matey's BFP on this thread - I hope more of us will join you soon.

Looks like I have lots of cycle buddies this time around. I'm hoping that I actually ovulated last night or today- my cm is back to creamy-ish and my cervix is low. No temp spike this morning, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow. Plus, its my birthday, my body has to give me a present, right? I'm hoping this cycle isn't a total wash out. I did have a very vivid dream about twin boys the other night after bd'ing. I've had a lot of Dr visits lately because of my car wreck two weeks ago. Saying four pregnancies, two d&c's and two children always manages to make me catch my breath a little bit.<br><br>

Hey guys, would yall look at my chart and tell me if you think it's possible CD 13 was around when I O'd, or if maybe I haven't yet? I don't think that was enough of a temp shift, so I'm thinking maybe I haven't yet? Sorry, I'm new to this temping thing! And since DH and I are BDing every night (we took a break last night though!) it's been hard for me to tell what my CM is doing.<br><br>

Rach - I think you are going to need a couple of more temps before you will get a coverline and a definate O date. Your body could have geared up but then not O'd yet. Beltane is a celebration of spring/new life and its a Gaelic/Pagan celebration. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"> Speaking of which, I need to get my Spring alter going! Maybe it is the full moon, I think I O'ed in the past 2 days too! This is my 1st cycle temping regularly and using the fertility friend website. It seems like I didn't ovulate until CD 22 or 23, though I guess it'll take a couple more temps to confirm that. I took a few OPK tests and never got a definative positive, though I got an almost positive result on CD 23 - are these tests sometimes wrong? Could I have just missed the peak?<br><br>
It seems like I am ovulating very late into the cycle, and my cycles are generally long - 35-39 days, last month was 42! I was worried I was possibly anovulatory, so I was pretty relieved to see a spike this morning...<br><br>
anyone have ideas of where I could find resources so I can get more info about long cycles, and ways to try and shorten them?<br>
