What have you tried so far? What kinds of things do you eat and how much exercise do you get? I cant really give any advice to you unless i kind of know where you're coming from. PCOS is a pretty broad term that covers a lot of different symptoms...

If you're insulin resistant, then the best way to get those ovaries working again is to lower your carb intake, and increase your fat and protein intake. I highly recommend reading the Schwartzbein principle and applying those dietary recommendations. Pcos'ers also *need* to exercise everyday--it's one of the best ways of dealing with insulin resistance. Personally, i think the best way of dealing with pcos is getting to the root of the problem (insulin resistance) and healing your body. It's not a quick fix though, it takes a lot of hard work to heal IR.
