Hi !
My dh and I will be TTC in December or thereabouts. We have a dd who will be two in February so would like to have another little one when she's around 3 or so(give or take a few months anyways).

I've had an IUD in for the past almost two years and was wondering if there's anything I should know about how having it in has affected my fertility and if I'm supposed to wait to conceive after it's removed for awhile to let my body heal? Anyone with any experience with this?

I have a friend who conceived twins her first month after the removal of an IUD. They are now 2 really cute babies. Best of luck to you and your dh!

My girlfriend as well has had not one but two children after having her IUDS removed . She thought she waas done after #2 but decided she wasn't so removed it & was pg that month, Thought #3 was her last got another IUD decided she wanted 1 more now she is pg with #4 she got pg the 2nd month after getting it out! Good luck!!
