Hey there mamas, wanted to post that my OPK test was positive today so I am going to pick up my vials tomorrow and AI! Im a little concerned because with AI I can only afford to try one time a month and timing is everything.... wish me luck!

Good luck! We're doing donor insemination, too, but using a known donor for this attempt. The timing thing is a pain, especially knowing you can't just do it again it you missed the mark.

We used AI timed at 24 and 36 hours post positive OPK and are now expecting a little boy. How many hours post the positive are you insemming?

omg that one made me laugh lol! too cute...

well I just got the pos OPK today and I have to wait till tomorrow to pick up the vial... so I guess it would be 24 hours after....I know the closer to ovulation you AI the better the chances are of a boy right? I already have a DS wouldnt mind on having another one but I have high hopes for a DD... I had a DD before DS and she was stillborn so I have an aching for another DD...but again I dont mind what I get!! hoping I get pg on the first try!!

so I DTD (with a syringe lol) on sat.... today is 3 dpo.... I dunno if it took or not. I have my fingers crossed. Something tells me no... but every time I thought I wasnt pregnant it turned out I was so who knows... I could swear that my nipples look a little darker... tmi i know.... lol. but then again you know how we make ourselves see things that are not there.... ahhh the 2ww!
