I'm due in 5 weeks and I'm thinking that instead of having my mom put the diapers on wrong on my 2 year old while I'm in the hospital that I would get some tushies. How do they hold? My mom isn't very good at remembering to change a diaper so I would hate to have it leak all over the place if they don't hold very well. Also how do they fit? Do they run big?<br><br>

IME they run small. I like the 7th generation sposies better. The hold like crazy and the fasteners are sturdier. I really hated the tushies plastic fasteners.
