Sorry if this has been addressed before.

If I missed it, my fault.

There is a section of this law concerning vaccines. What do you know?

I know that this bill is scheduled to be voted on at 17:30 ET.

Supposedly many drugs will be fast tracked to market; electric shock therapy is supposed to get through the FDA with this bill also.

It passed the Senate.

It is obviously a clear violation of the Nuremberg Code.

Why isn't it called the "protect pharmacy and increase their profits" act?

It passed Congress.

There is now a bill in the CA Senate introduced by Sen Pan, yes, that one, SB18 2017. This has a feel good name -
"Bill of Rights for Children and Youth in California."

Sec 1, a, 7 - who determines this? - "The right to appropriate, quality health care." What could that mean?

I just made a new thread in the "Policies and Legislation forum. Richard Pan needs to be stopped, he is now totally out of control. I feel so bad for the people of CA with young children, if I lived there I would get out now.

If children and "youth" have a "right" to "quality healthcare" can they consent to treatment against their parents wishes? We've already seen this happen in some areas in regards to birth control and abortions. Perhaps other treatments as well, like vaccines (and who knows what else).

(and who knows what else).
CA all ready allows 12 yr olds to get Gardasil® w/o parental consent.

Yes, that is true.
