I'm 10 wks pregnant with twins, my 4th pregnancy. I've started noticing certain things that I didn't notice with my last pregnancies:
1) I'm not showing any more than I was with any of my other 3 pregnancies, but I can feel my uterus already, which I couldn't until at least 12 weeks with the others.
2) I've started having blinding headaches. This might be related to exhaustion, but I never had headaches like these when I was pregnant before.
3) Though I can barely sleep, I'm always exhausted.
