That's cool. I have a friend who gave birth to twins on different days. But different years is awesome.<br><br>
I have to say though, if I am in labor dealing with contractions trying to push my second babe out the last thing I want to hear is a flipping countdown and a bunch of nurses yelling "Happy New Year!". Just the immediate visual I got in my head, I have no idea if the woman in the story birthed at home, the hospital or via c/s.

i saw this on the news. they are cute too!! the dad is a twin and he said he is glad that they were born on different days in different months in different years. he said identity is important for twins and he's glad his twins have separate birthdays. its cute <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">
