Anyone have experience with this? The CDC recommends it for the country we are traveling to over the holidays, and I was planning on making an appointment for all of us early Dec to get it. However, since finding out I was pregnant I'm a bit unsure for myself (though I imagine contracting typhoid would be 10x worse than any vaccine side effects ...). CDC website says no data has been reported on the use of the typhoid vaccine in pregnancy. Assuming that's OK? Anyone have more insight?

Sorry nothing to help. Have you checked the prevalence of tyfoid in the part of the country you travel to? Usually there's a single recommendation for a entire country, but a huge difference in likelihood of exposure between rural and urban areas.
