Parents who don’t want their children to take the vaccine “will always have the option for a child to stay in online learning and therefore not have to go back to campus,” Beutner said.

He makes it sound like that's a no-brainer, why wouldn't they have that option? But, Californians don't have that option with other school-required vaccines, and chances are that they won't for this one either.
