I don't know why but I just went and ate a poutine(fries, gravy and cheese curds.) AND a small Dairy Queen Blizzard.

And now I feel like I'm covered in oil and sugar.

Just think of it as your calcium for the day.

LOL! Hmm if you put it that way...
Fries = Veg
Gravy = iron and protein...(a stretch!)
Cheese Curds = Protein

Blizzard = protein and calcium.

I've been eating pretty healthy so I'm not too beat up over it, just feeling a bit gross!

Consider it in honour of the Montreal Canadiens' very important day today.

The mention of poutine makes me homesick. It's impossible to find cheese curd here, anywhere, so I usually bring some home from Canada when I visit.

I have not experienced junk food regret, except that too much sugar nauseates me, and it doesn't even have to be junk food - a piece of fruit can do it. It's Ok if I eat sugar with protein, but even ice cream is too much after a few bites.

I've been eating so healthy - I usually do, but I've just not have cravings for junk this pregnancy.

Well two days ago I was STARVING and dh had our debit card, so I used change and ordered off the dollar menu at mcDonalds. I got some double cheeseburger thingy. It tasted kinda gross, but I was so hungry I ate it. And I felt like CRAP afterwards, and had tummy issues for two days. I'm just now starting to feel better.

Never again. No fast food junk for me ... like I needed proof that stuff kills you anyway.

LOL! Thanks! I will admit that after work I was grocery shopping and cinnamon raisin bread was on sale and I was going to get some but they were all out! All I could think about was it toasted with piles of butter.

Oh man two nights ago I ate half a bag of Cheetos. I felt like such a slug yesterday, it kept me back inline with remembering to eat actual food, instead of processed crap. See if that sticks around today too

Eating junk all day on Easter totally cleared up my morning sickness. I'm a firm believer in it.
