is there any way you could call their emergency line (usually you just end up paging the person on call) and ask them to call in a script for diflucan? i'm sure if you tell them how miserable you are, they would be more than willing to do so for you. i would also pick up some sort of anti-itch cream (vagisil i think?) to use with the diflucan. ime, when it's this bad, home remedies just don't cut it, you need to pull out the big guns.

Can you just use topical cream for now - no suppositories? At least until after O? That way you don't have to worry about the cream interfering with sperm motility.

What terrible timing... stupid yeast. :

yeah, that's why i was thinking diflucan would be good, cause it's a pill that's taken orally, so it won't affect any of the swimmers. the thing you have to be careful of is transmitting the infection to your DP through intercourse. he could get it and not even know, and then give it back to you when it's cleared up. no fun.

I have this same problem. except I am past O when it got bad. I cut out all sugar and refined products basically anything white. I am taking the AZO for yeast and adding baby acidophilus powder to my drinks 1-2 x daily. I am adding garlic and tomorrow will pick up some Grape Seed Extract to take. I want to kill whatever is causing this so it doesn't keep coming back. I am using th emonistat cream topically and it helps. Maybe doing the aveno outmeal bath would help too. Tucks has an anti itch cream and it helps too. If you are checking your cervix position I would stop for now.
