It's not either and that is blatent violation of ebay rules, you are not to ever use the name of a product in the title that you aren't selling. It's search manipulation and should be reported actually.

If anyone wants to report her, the auction can be pulled because you aren't supposed to use "just like 'product X'!" in order to manipulate the searches. And maybe she doens't know about Bumware AIOs, anyone have the link handy? I tried bumware.com and that is not it lol. It's a cute diaper though.

eta I noticed she spells it "bumwear" and I wonder if she thinks that is enough of a difference.

From the description, it sounds like she doesn't realize that the name Bum-ware sp?? is already in use. The one I know is bumware, right? (man I need more sleep)

Not like a Wonderoo at all if you ask me and well not what I think of as a batik print either! :LOL I think it's safe to guess I won't be bidding!

I may have this all wrong, but Bumwear is the brand name of that diaper. It's spelled differently than Bum-ware and has been around just as long or longer. (I think so anyway, hope I'm not remembering it wrong). I remember Sheena posting about their pockets last year, which were made with beautiful brocades but pretty expensive. She saw them at the mall and told us about them. I think it's the same brand. I remember going to her website.

As far as her comparing them to Wonderoos, I don't know anything about eBay's regulations regarding doing that, so can't comment.

I looked, and Bumwear is a foreign company that has been around since 2003. There is a retail shop here. Maybe this is a resale? Either way, I HATE when people list diapers w/ "like x brand diaper."

ya know I wanted to say the exact same thing but I remember what happened last time this came up with another site so I kept my mouth shut but now that it's out :LOL. I didn't report the auction but I was tempted for a second because of the search thing, it bugs me.
