Has anyone else had problems with pain in their upper abdomen/sternum area? I am really short waisted and have carried high this whole time but lately I am soooooo sore. It feels like tissues are tearing or something!

Ouch. Can't find much relief either, and wearing a bra is torture. I notice it when I move (rolling over, getting up) and now also when I am just laying around. Uhhhhhhh.
Suggestions anyone, it's driving me nuts!
