there's gotta be some advice about this but searching here didn't help!<br><br>
I know I had a UTI, and I think it's getting better but I have a little smelly urine still that is slightly cloudy and I have an internal itch that is just awful. I'm not taking an antibiotic and there is so much conflicting junk when I try to look it up.<br><br>
So sodium ascorbate or ascorbic acid or neither? <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/help.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="help">:

I would take sodium ascorbate or a good food grade Vita C in large enough dose to give me at least one loose stool. Then cut it down to half that much for long enough to see results.<br><br>
Also I would drink some teas: Uva ursi, parsley root, Veronica herb, and Rosmarie.
