I left some biscuits out overnight by accident & they are quite dry now (they weren't very moist to begin with). I am trying to find a use for them so that I don't have to throw them out. Any ideas?

Thanks!

I make everything into breadcrumbs. Crackers, biscuits, bread, its all the same, and its all yummy. I even know of people who use cereal thats gone stale as bread crumbs. Since I don't eat cereal, thats not a problem for me.

Just cut or crumble them to the size you want, and bake em for a bit. I usually do my breadcrumbs with olive oil and salt and pper, but its not necessary. Then freeze them if you won't use them right away. Works well.

Yeah, I was also going to say breadcrumbs. I keep a random assortment of stale bread products in my freezer and pulse it all up in the food processor after it reaches critical mass.
