We live in an apt and are planning on using a diaper service because we only have access to a coin laundry.

How many dipes a week should I order? the guy I talked to said 80 was a good start.

The service does not provide or wash covers. How many covers do I need if I want to wash them every 2 days?

Is there a sticky some where I missed? point a newb in the right direction

80 sounds good to me for once a week. I guess maybe 6 covers, more if you trifold, fewer if you pin or Snappi. You are SO lucky to have a diaper service in your area!!!!
