Sorry, I tried searching and didn't come up with much. I bought some Bac-out at the co-op for all the upcoming diaper washing coming our way. I bought the spray. How do you mamas use it? Do you just spray poopy diapers before putting them in the pail? Do you add it to the pail? If so, how much? Should I spray breastfeed poopy dipes or is that not necessary? Thanks for any advice!

I've only used Bac-Out for stripping purposes, when it appeared we had detergent build up.

I don't treat ebf dipes with anything, straight into the pail. (But then I don't pre-treat my toddlers dipes, and she eats everything in site)

First I apray poopy daipers in the toilet and then I spray a bit of Bac Out on any stained parts before I put them in the washer. I get stains very seldom and it happens when DH does not spray a poopy dipe right away.

I use Bac Out on my prefolds (and once in awhile our AIO's) when it looks like they'll stain otherwise. I spray it right on the diaper before putting it into our dry pail.
Works like a charm!
