I haven't made PB cookies in years and the last time I did, I used the trans-fat stuff.<br><br>
Can I sub natural for "regular" in a recipe or do I need to make some adjustments?

Sure, you should be able to sub it no problem -- I just made muffins with natural PB the other day! Just make sure it's stirred up really well if it's the kind with the oil on top.

We use natural with no adjustments to the recipe. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">
