<p>You will want to check in the "Finding Your Tribe" forum under Utah/Arizona.  Are you looking for a midwife specifically or just wondering about them in general?  do a search in FYT.  there are some threads about local midwives there</p>

<p>I'm looking to chat with people familiar with their regs,  I'm working towards legislation in my state and Utah's is one of those we are looking at.  Someone in my group is insisting that licensure is voluntary and those that are unlicensed are free to practice as they choose.  I thought I remembered a long list of No's for midwives there, but can't recall for sure and need to go back and reread.  Any info you could provide would be appreciated.</p>
