We are hoping to get a clear to ttc this fall, Ive had uterine rupture, a slight one the second pregnancy and my third pregnancy was a bit worse. Ive had a csection each time, first time out of necessity, then opted for it the second time, a gut type instinct, the doctor said it was good I didnt since my lining was thin at that time. She thought I could heal up but suprise we were pregnant 6 months post partum.

We are hoping to complete our pregnancy years with one more pregnancy if the doctor gives the go ahead. I wanted to know if there was anything I could do to strengthen my uterine lining to hopefully avoid it this time around. And just overall be healthier.

The only thing I know for sure will help is time. Hopefully someone will have a good idea though.

There is a uterine rupture yahoogroup that you might want to look up.
I would give it at least a couple of years between deliveries for optimal healing.
