sounds good to me<br><br>
I never did any of that stuff but still had 4 successful VBACs. So you will be like super uterus women!

Can you make up shirts with that?<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngtongue.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Stick Out Tongue"><br><br>
All of those things certainly couldn't hurt.<br><br>
I actually like RRL tea. Some people think it tastes weird but my taste buds are liking it!

I've heard that there are studies suggesting that "frequent and vigorous" intercourse helps, especially in the third trimester. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/redface.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Embarrassment"><br><br>
Gotta say, it makes sense... no more direct way to exercise the uterus!<br><br>
But otherwise, it sounds like you've got it covered!

I'm aiming for an orgasm a day to help tone the uterus. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"><br><br>
It makes it contract, gets the baby moving, and is a GREAT way to exercise. LOL And, if DH is too busy/tired, it can be done alone. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/winky.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Wink">

Hey-thanks for the replies.<br>
DH likes the sex one - he finds pregnant women sexy!<br><br>
I like the orgasm one - probably will also help stimulate labor when the time is right!!

This is a great thread. It got me thinking so I decided to do a bit of research and write my blog post on the subject. A couple of things I found that could help are belly dancing and prenatal yoga. Sounds fun to me!
